Deb
Deb started on her path to yoga after a serious health challenge made her realize that a lifestyle change had to happen. Her first class in 1996 was so magical that she got hooked on yoga from that day on. In 2000 she became a 200 hour certified Himalayan Tradition instructor then went on to become a 500 hour yoga therapist so that she could help others experience the inner and outer benefits of yoga. Deb believes that through the breath together with movement we bring out the true nature of inner peace and happiness to every moment of our life. Deb offers a flexible series of asanas with a focus on breath and self discovery with some time at the end of class for reflection and relaxation.
